Got this from my siemens support:

"Seems to be a bug from previous TIA portal versions (the TIA portal incorrectly says that HSP0345 is required when you have the G120 driver with firmware 4.7 SP14).

You have to stop by V20 SP1 on the way up to V21, then it will work fine.

When you migrate from V1x to V20, Startdrive V20 SP1 and HSP0345 must be installed for V20. During the upgrade, the link/dependency to HSP0345 is removed.

Then you can migrate from V20 to V21."

For you people upgrading from a lower version than V20 this workaround should work fine.

unfortunately I skipped TIA20 … so maybe I need the HSP release for TIA 21, or I have to delete the G120C before migrating the project from TIA V1x

Yes, Siemens is working on it, so there should be a HSP available in a short time.

If you decide to delete the G120, it might be that you have to create a new project and move everything else except the G120.

You can check the project properties, and verify that the HSP0345 is no longer in the "Support packages in the current project" folder. Then you should be able to perform the migration to V21.

I found the 2 HSP, I installed the first HSP0134 with success.

But when I try to install (with Admin rights) the HSP0345 it says “the corresponding product is not installed” .

What is the corresponding product I am missing?

I try to restart after installing but I have some problem

I had the same problem yesterday, the same error with HSP0345.

But today, when I tried installing from "Support Packages Installation," and installing both (HSP0134 and HSP0345) at the same time, it worked. The only difference was starting TIA Portal 21 with "Run as Administrator."

I'm sorry I can't help you more, because I was also getting the "product is not installed" message.

Unfortunately I tried to install HSP0134 alone … with right administrator, and it worked.

Now I try to install HSP0345 and says that missing product error …

I suppose there is another bug, or someone has to specify what is the product I am missing …

Just to test, have you updated all installed products through TIA Administrator?
