Hello dear all experts, First, I would like to wish HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you. As per my circuit cannot be continue due LOGO! output was fully used. My question is I need an expert to look into my circuit and give some advise and suggestion to solve LOGO! output. I look forward to a favourable reply from you. Thanks alot. Dear EXPERT Betel, I'm make my circuit in to zip file and send you. All my Qi blocks are physikal outputs used. My circuit plant to use 1 LOGO Basic( no display) and 4 digital module. Output use for, Q1- For switch ON external Main ACB breaker. (indication & act as switch) Q2 - For switch OFF external ACB breaker. (indication & act as switch) Q3 - For check safety device in position (external over current setting correct before switch on). Q4 - For check safety device in position and start up motor (means once switch on, relay will give signal to external SCR module ready for trigger firing to start motor). Q5 - For switch to Stop motor. (indication and safety device) Q6 & Q7 - For check selection thyristor connection ac or dc output correct position. (indication & safaty device) Q8 - For check external ac and dc busbar insert correct position. (indication @ safety device) Q9 - For check external voltage module rising to setting value, switch off external SCR module firing. And direct main supply w/t using scr and thyristor. Q10 - For check over current trip from external over current module. (indication and safety device) Q11 - For check phase failure from external phase module. (indication & safety device) Q12 - For check temperature trip fro enternal thyristor temperature switch. (indication & safety device) Q13 - For emergency stop from external. (indication & safety device) Q14 - For ACB main Breaker trip from safety device. (indication & safety device) Q15 - For S! flicking indication.(Process instuction indication) Q16 - For holding S1 use in flicking function. Balance. Need some two more Q (output) for S3 and S4 flicking indication. This circuit I design is on relay control but now 20 century I would like to use an updated technologies with software. I'm new in PLC control, I'm really want to learn PLC control from expert. Hopefully dear expert can look into my circuit and give some advise and suggestion to solve LOGO! output.
