AljosaB Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, i would need some help with LOGO! 230RC module. I've got this module last week and i can't get it work. I'm reading manuals and trying functions for 5 days. So far i've done some programs and they were working. But i need to do a program that would be doing this: If signal comes from Input 1 (I1) it must start relay Q1 immediately and when signal from I1 goes to 0 Q1 is switched off. Ok that's working. Now i have problems... When signal comes to Input 2 it must do the following: Input 2 must have PRIORITY over input 1 so if input to is set to state 1 it must TURN OFF Q1 relay even if Input 1 is still active. And also start Q2 output for 40 min than PAUSE for 30min than 180min Q2 connected again and after that 90min PAUSE and finally after 90min pause it must switch ON Q3 output permanently until Input 2 is deactivated. After that it must turn back ON Q1. i hope you understand this mess:) thanks for any help i would really appriciate it Aljosa

AljosaB Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Thank for your help now when i saw example i saw what i was doing wrong ... i was connecting timers one with another but there must be connected in separate lines :) and i also finally understand latching relay function well i will just do some more programming and try to learn some more thanks again

AljosaB Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	just one more question i have everything working as it should be but when the signal from I2 is dropped and it turns off Q3 and starts Q1 again IF I1 has signal its working but when signal from I1 is dropped also Q1 stays connected insted turning off

cdrshort Posts: 134 Rating: (16)	that mean that latch relay never been reset realy.(I1 never was 0 during last cycle) if this is a condition from the realy operation of your project then you must put a AND block at the output of the latch relay .after that the q1 will come 1 only when I1 and the latch relay are 1. I1>S>Q>AND } I1>AND } Q1 if you want post your program and we try to help more.

AljosaB Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	HA! Thanks cdrshort! I tried a lot of combinations behind latch relay even some combinations with OR except with AND:) stupid me:) ok now the program works as it should thats it so now i can mount module into system:) aljosa
