FH system AO redundancy.

Iam Posts: 80 Rating: (4)	Hi & Hello, I am using FH system ( no PCS7, only CFCs) and for redundant AO which block should I use, In CFC I have used F_CH_DI, F_CH_AI & F_CH_DO , What should i ensure in CFC programso that my Analog outputs should be redundant I know it should be 4-20 mA,selected in hardware config &mAdivided in healthy condition. If you want to use (redundant) AO-modules, you have to access them in the standard-logic with the CH_AO-block (but this block is part of the PCS7-library ). At this link you can find information about configuration in PCS7. Regards, yy1

Krrish !! Posts: 73 Rating: (6)	Hello, You don't need to go for PCS7 to configure your redundant AO. You don't need to use the PCS7 channel drivers either. All you need to do is to use the standard IO redundancy blocks from your IO redundancy library. Thanks & Regards, Krrish !!!

R J Bronze Member Joined: 10/20/2009 Last visit: 4/3/2017 Posts: 215 Rating: (12)	Dear Iam, You have to use total6 blocks to get AO redundancy : RED_INIT RED_IN RED_OUT RED_DIAG RED_STAT RED_DEPA Use these blocks in given sequence & also use your Value transfer blocks in between.
