messi2010 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello everybody! Please help me. I have CPU 314-2DP, Micro Memory Card (64Kb)and PC Adapter USB, but I can't online it. I am using Simatic Manager Step 7 V5.4+SP4. Please tell why? You can tell me how to upload and dowload program from Card. Thank you.

Hello messi2010 your problem could be caused by a number of things, but to begin with pelase check the following: 1.) Proper installation of the USB Programming Adaptor 2.) Correct setup of the PG/PC interface Here are few FAQ's which will hopefully be of help: How can you set up the online connection between the PG and the CPU? What should you watch out for when installing the USB PC adapter?

fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 9/17/2025 Posts: 3049 Rating: (1062)	Hello again messi2010 Try the following please: Set the PG/PC interface to"PC Adpater (Auto)" Click on the"Properties" button Click on"Local connection" tab of Properties window Make sure "USB" is set for your USB Adaptor Click on "Automatic Bus profile detection" tabof Properties window Set Address to 0 Click on "Start Network detection" and let us know the result (if it detects the network, youwill/should be able to go onlinein the "PC Adpater (Auto)" mode).
