Insert single drive unit popup window not appear after double click to insert single drive unit button

Dear All,Please help me out as I am not able to open any project properly in starter.We have a project of S120 drives with firmware of V2.6.1 and I am using starter V4.1 SP5.After retrieving the project I couldn't see the any drive unit in the project. When I tried to go online by accessible node all drives are showing icon "?" box. Further to this I tried to create new off line project.I tried to insert drive unit but no pop window is appearing. I also tried starter V4.1 SP5 HF1 but no change.

Hello christophD Thanks for your reply. I removed that software and now system information screen shot (attached) is showing no error. However the problem of STARTER is not solved. Hello, you must uninstall the STARTER and reinstall it after your deinstallation of DriveES BASIC. Regards Christoph |
