Bool variable set in OP

alexfizeau Posts: 95 Rating: (0)	It is ok you if I do the following thing in the OP ? I need to have a bool variable somewhere in the logic of the PLC set/reset at some moment in order to have/not have some conditions. I need the value of that variable to be displayed on the OP (probably for FALSE/TRUE in the logic, the OP will show 0/1 on the display, if I am correct). I need that the operator who's working with the OP to set/reset my bool variable bychanging my displayed value to1/0. I am correct thinking like this ? Or there is another way ?

Hi, When you use a Input/output field, you can connect a Tag (bool). Make sure it's a input/output and 'display' = text. Then you make a text list, where you connect 0 to false and 1 to true. Now the operator will see on the panel 'False' or 'True'. He can change it, by pressing the shift key and the button 'cursor up'. Then it's possible to toggle between false and true.
