Problem with AK 1703

iceboy Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi all i have a problem in communication with dispatching. When our AK connect as a slave to cc via iec 101 we have warning on AK diagnosis with this message attached bellow. it will cause to some interrupt in sending data to cc and our client force us to solve the problem. any help? thanks Attachment untitled.JPG (415 Downloads)

iceboy Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	oh thanks kaulquappe! i was disaopointed from answer, thanks for your consideration. i have an AK 1703 from sicam 1703 product family. my problem is that when im communicating with cc by sm0551 card of ak, the communication has some interrupt. when i use diagnosis from toolbox 4.1 for ak, the result was what the picture that i attached in previous post. but i cant understand what the problem is and i need your help.

It is strange because your AK is slave, so it receives a GI request and replies with data. It shouldn't be waiting for Confirmation. If Ensark2 doesn't have a clue, contact support.energy@siemens.com, sending your project. Mike

For me it is wrong to send and it is also wrong for slave to send GI to master. This is not problem for SICAM PAS, SICAM PAS just ignores this but I had this problem on some other SCADA server. Connection was breaking down every time AK sends GI to master. I had this problem solved. If he sends me project I would try to find solution again. Best Regards Ensar
