How could i create new threads?

After receiving some PMs about the subject "How to post a question", i now want to explain it here:

The best way to do this is:
1) Open the Conference in which you want to post your question (At the left, there are the conferences listed. Under Product Conferencesyou will find all the technical discussions. For example there is the folder Process Control Systems SIMATIC PCS 7where you canpublish question about PCS7)
2) in the top left-hand corner you will find the Button "New Thread"
3) After clicking this Button, a formular opens, in which you can edit your question
4) Fill out the necessary gaps and click on "Create" on the bottom left
