Slave and user program

SIR Posts: 55 Rating: (4)	Dear experts,I have a very basic question to ask:If I have the new LOGO! 0BA7 configured as a slave, could I have user program running in this LOGO?I did a small applications: a master and two slaves, the master is getting two input bits from each slave.The communication is O.K., I’m getting my bits, program in the master is running. But when I tried to put some simple logic in the slave, the connection is not working.I’m wrong somewhere or the slave has to be only an extended I/O?How to undaunted the text in the manual (p.3.8.5, pg.123: A LOGO! in slave mode functions as a LOGO! expansion module. No circuit program isrequired for slave LOGO! devices. A master LOGO! can read one or more slave LOGO!'s ) I.e. : the program in the slave is not required or not allowed?Thank you in advance !Regards,Krassimir
