How to connect OP35-ProTool ProCS - Simatic S7-300- Step7 V5.3 - WinCC 6.0 ?

I have read that I should use the ProTool to program it, but what I have now is ProTool ProCS V5.01 Is there any difference between these version? and how should I start to program? In addition, I have an Simatic S7-300 andI useStep 7 version 5.3 to program and to connect it to winCC 6.0 in my PC already via MPI. Now I want to connect OP35 to myPLC - PC system via MPI , but I stillconfuse how to do it? Please help me to solve these problems! Thank you very much! Your sincerely, T2007.
