Pro100 VE Integrated Ethernet

The J Man Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Running Win2K on a Rack PC 840. Was not able to change the TCP/IP settings, so I tried to uninstall the device from the device manager. System indicated that it was unable to uninstall as the ethernet is required for Boot. At this point, I tried reinstalling the IntE100b drivers for the card. Device manager says drivers updated, but device is not working (Error code 1). According to MS, I need to reinstall drivers....duh! I did that...any sage wisdom?

TomDeWou Platinum Member Joined: 11/15/2006 Last visit: 3/26/2025 Posts: 1319 Rating: (176)	If you are not able to c hange TCP/IP Settings from control panel - network properties check DCOM settings as for example in following FAQ: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19267653 You must restart the PC after changing to 'Connect' and 'Identify'.
