i want to simulate the work of the speed sensor as following :

-it senses the motion of a metal object and it's has an internal timer wich count 5 seconds (for example) and if the signal does not arrive it closes a contact wich signals the plc.

pls i need to make this simulation using a normal proximity sensor...
