Well, i am interseted in knowing the difference between Motor protection circuit breaker vis-a-vis an MCCB having motor protection release... Hope my query is clear

Hope my query is clear MPCB - will have thermal curve tripping only. in that we can set current limit only and it will trip as per thermal curve and limit defined by us MCCB - in that we can even set timing, for over load, for short circuit and for earth fault too Regards, DP
