AMAZINGAHMED Posts: 719 Rating: (88)	Wincc Flexible is for sure the choice for newbies. It has fewer settings and simpler objects properties. Alarm messages and tags are more easier than WinCC. WinCC flexible has its very simple simulator. Go for WinCC flexible 2008 SP3, this is the latest release.

Hans Berger explained a bit in Automating with SIMATIC or check Liptak Handbooks!
