Store the Analog value in to Logo memory

nxcuongbk Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Everybody, I have a problem with Logo 24and need help of everybody. I have sensor with output from 0.5V to 4.5V. I need the proportion :The value from sensor in case one<----> 0 Ton (about 1.5V) The value from sensor in the case two <-----> 30 Tons (about 3.5V) I don't know can I store the two analog value from two case in to the memory of Logo ?Both of them will be use in program when start the Logo in the next time. Pls help me how I can ? Thanks&Best regards

Because the LOGO can only work with integer values and your output range (0 to 30) is very smaler than your input range (1,5 V to 3,5V and in LOGO-units 150 to 350) the amplifier output has a bad quality (because GAIN is verry small). You can get a better result quality, if you multiply your wanted output rangewith 10 (as example). That means: 150 (1,5 V) to0 * 10 = 0and 350 (3,5 V)to 30 * 10 = 300. To display the correct output value in this case (means 0.0 to 30.0), you must set the number of decimals = 1 (that is equalof a division by 10) !!! Then compare the results...you see the differences comming from rounding to integer values of the ampifier! Best regards Betel
