After the transition to the new Industry Online Support I have lost all my favorites and tags. Is there a way to bring them back ?

In the FAQ about the transition you can find following statement :

Are my old favorites/tags still available?

Favorites and tags you have created in the previous mySupport are still available to you.

The relevant mySupport categories show you which favorites and tags were created for you.

This is not my case.

Please help.

Hello a.k.,

you should find your migrated favorites in mySupport -> Favorites (My favorites -> Migration Technical Forum).
There you can also find you tags (mySupport -> Tagging).
