Yesterday one of our customer faced issue with MP377 (WinAC system, version 4.1.1). Problem reported was,cpu is not going to run mode. He has taken the image of that WinAC Home screen, please find the attached file named 1. In that i can see almost all the status was grayed out.

can you please suggest at what condition this kind of screen will come? (no stop, no run etc) In manual, i couldnt able to trace this status.

Today i went there,but the WinAC Home screen found normal.CPU status was showing as STOP, with RUN button on screen I could able to make the system into RUN mode without any trouble.

Tested operation, there was some issue on sequence.I had doubt on the back up customer loaded yesterday. So i tried to upload, but with VIEW button on upload pop up, not showing any node, but setting was proper, it was pinging with IP adress on WINAC.

Then i directly entered the PLC ip adress on that pop up and pressed ok, then uploading started.The original backup was combination of PLC,HMI,DRIVE integrated.Drive software as well as drive ES was not there in that laptop,also corresponding GSD file of drives too( S120, 6RA70). While doing uplod, there was error200 because of this GSD file.

My problem is, with that uploaded backup, am not able to go online( monitor block, download block, compare block with online blocks etc). It was giving communication error. But same time i could able to do all the things with original backup.

So i copied all the blocks from uploaded project and pasted to original backup. Then inwas able to do all the ooerations.

any suggesion on above issue ??
