We have purchase about 39 FM MAG5100 W flowmeters of different sizes, but we have lost some of the Factory Calibration Certificate that came enclosed with each instrument.

Do you know how to obtain a digital copy of this documentation? I remember some year ago, a colegue told me about this, but by now I just be able to find the Siemens PIA Portal site, which just give the calibration data of the instrument, but the copy of the certificate.

You need to register to PIA, then you can also download the calibration reports.

Or create an official SR, the supporters will then download them for you:
