Where can I download PC Access Smart tool? I want to communicate s7 200 smart with PC via Ethernet port.

Its paper license tool. You need to contact to your local Siemens office.

If you have SIMATIC Net installed on your PC then also thru NCM you can define S7200 SMART as OPC server along with SIMATIC net.
