I've tried to download again zip files and unzip it. I've tried to reboot PC. I've got the same résult. Before installing Starter V4.5.1, i had Starter V4.4 on this PC. Found nothing on forum. wolves and hawks Posts: 531 Rating: (35)	There seems to access some other application (virus scanner?!?) the file. Try to turn off antivirus scanning during installation.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 9/2/2025 Posts: 22709 Rating: (3071)	Hi, this is not really a helpfull information (No version etc.) But ok, Avast is not on the list of compatible Scanners for Starter, so it can work, but it must not. In you situation i would do the following: Uninstall Avast CleanUP the tmp Directory Try to reinstall STARTER If this work you can install avast after the Starter installation. Regards Christoph
