I am going to change "3VL5740-1DC36-0AA0" to "3VL5731-1DC36-0AA0". How can I compare whether "3VL5740-1DC36-0AA0" and "3VL5731-1DC36-0AA0". are the same size?

And I want to know if "3VL5740-1DC36-0AA0 and "3VL9600-3H05" are compatible,

but"3VL5731-1DC36-0AA0".and "3LV9600-3H05" are also compatible'

Both Icu capacity is same i.e. 55KA @ 415 V AC. Frame size is also same. So from mounting point of view, no problem.

How much is the load current? Please check.

Because 3VL5740 rated capacity is 400 A, 3 pole with adjustable thermal o/c = 320 ... 400 & adjustable s/c release = 2000 ... 4000

3VL5731 rated capacity is 315 A, 3 pole with adjustable thermal o/c = 250 .... 315 & adjustable s/c release = 1575 ...3150.

If load is equal or more than 315 A then 3 VL5731 will not be suitable & it will trip inetrmittently depending upon load current.

3VL9600-3H05 MLFB number is insufficient to provide you any details.

3VL9600-3HF05 accessories frame size is VL630.

So the accessories are compitable with 3VL5731 series MCCB.
