If you have an emergency stop with two channels, that you configure as 1oo2, is it still possible to show the read in the two separate inputs? I know it was not possible in S7 300 and S7 classic, but maybe with TIA and S7 1500 it is possible?

Yes. TIA and PLC 1500 series supports SIL features. TIA software has similar softwares like STEP-7 for safety. See above post for details.

When you configure an input as 1002, two channels are grouped into one channel pair in this case, and the result of the "1oo2 sensor evaluation" is usually provided under the address of the channel with the lower channel number (see relevant manuals of the F-I/O). Address only this channel (channel value and value status) of the channel pair. When you address a different channel, a warning may be output when compiling the safety program.

In other words, you might still see 2 bits in the process image for that failsafe input, but you are not allowed to interrogate the second bit yourself. This is already done by the safety evaluation itself.
