2. Can we use PTO Output in S7-1512C-1 PN to control step motor?
3. How to control step motor without Technology objects in S7-1512C-1 PN?

S7-1512C manual, page 55

The PTO (Pulse Train Output) mode can be used to output position information. This allows
you to, for example, control stepper motor drives or simulate an incremental encoder.

Have a look in the manual of the 6ES7512-1CK00-0AB0:

Chapter 3.2 describes how to handle the Pulse-Generators.

There´s a control- and feedback-interface in the IO-Data where it can be controlled.
