i am getting following error when i am trying to insert dcc chart.

can anyone help me regarding this

my system is Win7 professional Sp1 64bit

Simatic manager step7 V5.5 SP4

Simotion Scout Ver 4.4 DCC editor Simotion 2.3.0.1

                                           DCC editor Sinamics 2.3.0.0

CU320-2DP V4.8

Bit it is also not working on lower versions also

PS. it was working fine few days ago.

Hi any further support from Siemens on this issue?
