SFC's not accessible from Client OS's

alindsay Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	Everything was fine and has been for quite some time, untill now!!! Client OS's cannot view SFC's as they could before. No changes have been made at all. SFC's on the 2 Servers are fine. PCS7 v5.1 Im trying to solve this problem from a remote location! Anyone have any suggestions as to the cause ?

romeo291 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	By not accessible, do you mean you can't get the faceplate when you click on the SFC block icon? Or do you mean it'll pop up but you can't start it? You might want to check Grahpic Designer in WinCC explorer to see if you have all the ".pdl" files to bring up your SFC faceplates. You'll have to look at the OS to see which SFC .pdl files you'll need.

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Verify that the instance DB numbers match in the block folder and OS tags. The instance DB's can get reassigned after compress in CFC. Also, make a backup of your project and try the backup with PLCSIM after a fresh OS compile and see if it works. All other objects are ok, right?
