Show P&ID name on pipe branch query

wie wk Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	Dear all, Is it possible to show in a query for pipes an extra column showing in what P&ID the Pipe / Pipe branch is placed? On equipment and devices, it is possible to do so by defining "DocObjBySymbol" and owner at the Object Evaluation tab of the column properties (see attached image). This method does not work for pipes. Of course there is the possibility that a Pipe will be placed in more than one P&IDs. In such case, showing just one P&ID would be enough at least to locate the line. Many thanks in advance Attachment PID_query.GIF (608 Downloads)

Its elements Pipe Sections are placed on drawing. And Pipe Section can be divided on Pipe Segments which can be also on drawing. Personally I like to find the object using the 'Object evaluation' tool and then use 'value calculation' just to show details of this object. But when he will want to show all PIDs, where parts of pipe are placed. He has to use my version in value calculation.
