I am currently thinking about a good way to cummunicate changes I have made like new query tools, or correction, changes in the workflow etc. with the users. Until now I have written emails, but I am not really happy about that, since emails get lost and forgotten and a long word document is not very user frendly. I am thinking about a central tool refernce or data base that people can look up. Has someone already done this? Are there simple to use tools that I can use? I don't need anything fancy.

If you do not need anything fancy, I would not bother with databases, as they will probably complicate things for your users.

I like to use OneNote for iinformation sharing. It is easy to use and can easily be searched in.
