What you have to do with these blocks in S5 you have to do in S7 with the S7 own blocks.
What is in the S5? A communication processor?

Only because of the building blocks one can not recognize the complete function in the program. The S5 blocks are used to send and receive data, and so on.

The S7 PLCs have their own communication processors that use different hardware and software than their S5 counterparts.  

You cannot simply translate an S5 function and hope communications will happen with S7 hardware.

Study the communication links that you need to establish with the S7 PLC, choose the appropriate hardware, select the communication functions needed for your S7 application and program them directly within the S7 program. Forget about any S5 functions in the old program.

If you give us more details on the communication partners yo want to connect to the S7 PLC, we can provide more information.

The old S5 135U was connected with other S5 over TCP\IP (VIPA CP143 H1 -TCP/IP), now I want to replace the old CPU andVIPA CP143 H1 -TCP/IP withABC X-CPU-6 m57 and convert the S5-Program to S7-Program  and I want to keep the connection over TCP\IP with the other PLC’s.

Here are the content of blocks from FB121 to FB127.

This are only the declarations of the function blocks, not the functions itself. I think, you have to rewrite some parts of the old program. For this, you have to work out, what is sended and what is received. Then you can rewrite with new functions in S7.

Maybe it would be easier to write a complete new program, if you have a good description of the functionality of the machine. Migration from controller of 1980 to controller of 2019 is not profitable.

Is there a specific reason why you chose the ABC processor instead of a Siemens 300 Series PLC

that should be able to replace the 135U. 

With a S7-300 PLC and a CP343 card, you would have been able to connect to all the other S5 PLC's

with minimal effort with reusing the connection parameters from your VIPA CP Card.
