Is it possible to grant read-only access to individuals in Desigo v5?

We want to allow IT support members to have full visibility of the system without any ability to make any changes, The access will be used to allow IT to capture alarms and check logs to help with troubleshooting.

If so, can you confirm the steps to request the same please?

Yes, this can be done.

Look for System Configurator - it can either be opened from the Start menu, or from the Desigo shell button-bar.

System Configurator contains the setup for Users and User Groups. Similar concept to Windows, Users are allocated to a User Group. In general, privileges for access etc are set up within the properties of the User Groups.

Scopes is another way to further restrict access to individual Sites / controllers etc.
