we expect Drive-Cliq encoder AM24DQI M17 connector.

But the received encoder connector is strange one, 10pole with only 4 male pins as attached ficture.

Is there any missing one in my order?

Is there any other adapter fot the connector?

For above specification motor, with Drive CLiQ interface, AM24DQI encoder, motor MLFB number is 1FT7108-5AF71-1CA0

For above specification motor, without Drive CLiQ interface, AM2048S/R encoder, motor MLFB number is 1FT7108-5AF71-1MA0

Please confirm once again your motor MLFB number or attach motor nameplate snap in order to check feasibility of connector adapter.

yes is m17 connector, you need DQ Cable like 6FX5002‑2Dx44
