We have a problem using TP 177B and WinCC flexible 2007.. The problem is next....
Evry few days or weeks( it can't be determinited) the administration stops working.... it is basically freezed.We have several administration levels (admin, .... users) but when this problemm occurs nothing works and it is basically unpossible to activate or enter the protected area. At first we thought it is the problem of 3 wrong passwords but that isn't it... We have a big problemms becouse of this and very unhappy costumers... The only solution of this is to take power and bring it back (turn off machine)... this brings even more troubles so at the end we had to cancle some of password protected operations....

We sent our Project several times to SIEMENS "experts" and all we got is one BIG NOTHING ...

We don't know what to do... why this happens ? What is the best solutions (reboot in control panel ??? )... what in future ...is the problem in WinCC or fieware of TP ????


We really need help about this ... We have to solve it... !
