I have an IPC477E with Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB. I've set up a automatic logon through Run >netplwiz. When i restarted the IPC i wanted to change the PC name but it says i dont have any administrator rights. Previously i've installed a SQL server and runtime for wincc, but now i can't do anything. Any tips ?

With Admin account (without aut. logon) you have had the same problems? Is your current account Administrator? How many accounts do you have in addition?

At the moment there is only 1 account. As i said before i've set up this account like i usually do (install runtime, sql server). I haven't checked if i had administrator rights but i've successfully installed everything. I could turn on/off the firewall settings, change  the ethernet connection  and other stuff. After all this i've set up the automatic logon (with netplwiz). As i logged in today i realised i coudn't change the name of the PC. Also i couldn't reverse the automatic log on back to normal.

What i've tried now is to sign out and sign back in. And suddenly i can run the command netplwiz but i can not reverse the options. Still it's not possible to do any changes.

For some reason the account is in a group called - Siemens TIA Engineer.

Run lusrmgr.msc and try to add your account to group Administrators (see picture). 

When i tried to add a new user  i got this message :   

The following error occuder while attemptiong to create the user  Test on  computer :

Access is denied.

ok my problem is solved :) Had to start windows in safe mode and log as  default Administrator. After that i've managed to change the account type and it works fine again
