But all yourmodules have no SIL, because they are standard and not safety modules. Maybe the question is more, if you can use these 3 module in a safety application. The answer is YES, because you can mix standard and safety modules. It is possible with this to reach SIL 3 (under some conditions). But of course: For safety functionalities you need safety modules!
