The Pie chart display is available as part of the Performance Index add-on for WinCC Unified.

The following link shows a presentation of the WinCC Unified Performace Index by our friend Denilson Pegaia, who has been introducing new features of TIA Portal for many years now. It includes a link to the trial version which you can dowload for 21 days, fully functional.
