I am experiencing an issue with 6SE3226-8DJ40.

Basically the motor shakes like crazy when I´m running the drive.

I´m running it manually in an test environment. This has never been an issue before so I don´t really know what to do. Usually i just run the motors with standard settings, but since that didn´t work neither I have programmed the correct parameters (according to me) without any progress.

I´m thinking that there might be an issue with he hardware in the drive, do you have any suggestions?

The motor is working perfect with other drives and the drive doesn´t work with any other motors neither. So there are not any problems with my motor so that we can rule out.

I measured and there is an significant difference.

At 5Hz    U:0,79A     V:0,51A     W:0,81A

   10Hz    U:0,81A    V:0,55A    W: 0,81A

   20Hz    U:0,84A    V:0,5A      W:0,84A

   30Hz    U:1,55A    V:1,15A    W:1,65A

   50Hz    U:0,77A    V:0,53A    W:0,86A

Any idea what could be the issue here?

I do not get any fault messages on the display.

I also measured between the DC+/DC- to IN/Output and there everything looks the same between the phases etc, which is correct(?).

What type of lightbulbs and how?

Not familiar with this method at all, what can i tell by the lightbulbs?

Please advise

I guess three 230Volt light bulbs, incandescent 60 Watt each, connected in star on the output should indicate if the output stage is firing?

This drive is of some age now, so it may be failing??
