I am following your instructions above to model a S120 motor module + outfeed contactor.  

However, I do not have available the equivalent S120 data (see attached).  Where can I get this?

Here you can see how you can reach SIL 3 with a S120.
To validate it with SET, you have to use two channels. In the one channel you insert the informations about the S120 (choose third party manufacturer), and in the other channel you choose the contactor. If you need further parameters depends on your choosen faultrate calculate.

I also have the same issue that I am trying to get this method to comply with PLe, the link however seems to be broken, please can this be looked at so I can see how to get this done?
