Hi all... How can I connect Burkett batch controller electronics SE35 (manual attached) with pulse output to PLC? I think that I need to connect pulse output from controller to HSC? Every suggestion is welcome. Thank's AttachmentDS8035-Batch-EU-EN.pdf (802 Downloads) |

Thank's. But I'm little bit confused. On Fig 21. on PLC side I have + and - 5-36VDC? I need to connect P+ output of the device to HSC input of PLC, and P- from 0V of my power supply. (see attached doc.) Specification: frequency is from 0.6 to 2200Hz, HSC is 100Hz. Is that essential for accuracy of flow? How to handle that on TIA side? Attachmentpulse.pdf (862 Downloads) |

HSC is up to 100kHz which is plenty of counting capability for your device. |

At a glance if looks like exactly how I would expect it to work. |

Yes you are right. f=kxQ => Q=f/k => frequency (ID1000) [p/s] / 66,5 [p/l] So i get flow rate in litres per second? |
