Hello, may be not the best project for beginners, but nothing too complicated.
The LSC part could be run in simulator with some "real" data. The saving speed is set to 5sec. This is not a finished solution just the working example. The hardware used is LOGO8.2-FS4 so the LOGO8.3 should also work. I added a picture with explanation of the LOGO program.

Aivars, do you have an LWE and LCS example of your temperature trend example that you can share? I'm new to LSC and I'm trying to follow your 3 part instructions, but would appreciate looking at the programs.

Aivars, I've been trying to adapt your Hist_Trend Example to what I'm trying to acheive, but canot figure it out. 

I want to capture an average temperature every hour, capture up to 12 hours worth of data and display all 12 temperatures iusing LWE,  I would like the newest temp to replace the next oldest temp until 12 values are on the graph, and the last temp to drop off the LWE Trend bar graph. Basically I would like the graph to show the last 12 hours of average tempertures on an on-going basis.

Can you help me? Perhaps and example for a few months that I could expand on?

What do you mean by "few months" ? The latest 12 hours - OK. In my example I use 48 records. The 96 could also be possible (limited by Logo resources). And rememember at power loss all records will disapear (a backup accumulator could help).

as I understand you, you are looking for an analog bucket chain memory and a graphic optiondisplay values on the logo web server. There is already a lot to read about this in the German part of the forum.

The simplified version for 12 records is provided.
The analog flags could be used in LWE as bar graphs or just as numbers.
The Integrated Web server also could be used to check the values (sorry limited to 10 variables simultaneously).

Integrated Web server is super - works even on antique XP computer with IE8!

Sorry, I postponed that project. Maybe there will be soon some better solution in LWE for such type of  hystorical graph instead of overlapping bars (video in my first post). I also considered simple table with values.
