Hi guys,
I did find something........eventually. It is not a step-by-step guide....but it will point you in the right direction.

There is a small manual by Siemens called 'S7 Simple Positioning Applications with Sinamics S120 Drives.
The PLC communicates with the drive using the Sinamics S120 positioning function block (see page 39 of the manual).
Contained within thePLC data block are the parameters which are applicable specifically to the S120 Traversing Blocks.

Using Traversing Blocks -(see page 43 of the manual)
Using a normal PLC write you can writevalues S120 datablock traversing block parameters in the PLC and these values are transferred to the traversing block parameters contailed within the drive.
For each traversing block youuse you will need to write the parameters forJob Type, Parameter, Mode, Position, Velocity, Accel , Decel, Advance Type (Note: whether values are required for all of these is dependent on the chioces you make...see the manual).

To actuallyget the drive to carry outthe traversing block:
1)Write the value of the traversing block number you wish to use to the TravBlockNo node of the S120 positioning function block, then
2)Write the ExecuteTBvalue to the Commandword of the S120 positioning DB. You can do thisby loadingthe value contained in Axis.Consts.CommandList.ExecuteTB(this value is a constant)and transferring it to theCommand word in the S120 positioning DB.

That is about as much detail asI can go into.
