you can use a symbolic IO field from the toolbox with a resource list (text list with entries A,B,C). Depending on the selection of the IO field you will receive an integer return value in the process value property of your IO field. Depending on this return value you can show your data below the dropdown.

Depending on the selection of the symbolic IO field you will receive an integer return value in the process value property of this field. I showed this return value below with an IO-field - yes.

Now you can e.g. toggle the visibilty of data below your drop down depending on the return value.

Any suggesstion provided if you could provide with a supporting example it will be very useful for a lot of beginners especially with regard to unified systems and it's faceplate functionality in particular as the tutorials available are very minimal.

I did this using the opacity feature making the values hide/unhide on selection of the dropdown value. But if the dropdown list has more than 2 values, the hide/unhide property won't work. (Basically, we are using 0 and 1).

What other possible alternatives are there if the dropdown has more than 2 values? On selection of each dropdown, it should display 10 conditions associated with it.
