new user for S7-200,CPU224

assaad Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Dear All i am Assaad ALZOHBI, an electrical and electric Engineer. i get a new job, and i have to use S7-200 , in my new project. the project is water treatement , so i have to control some pumps, valves, sensors.... it is my first time to use the PLC. i installed the demo version of Step7/MicroWin V4 (demo) and i get the manuel "simatic working with Step 7(from the internet). first , i can see that the manuel is not for the version wich i installed(in the manuel they spoke about how we make function but in the Micro installed on my PC i have Subroutine). and as i can see that the bit logic tools(one bit)with some counters and timers will be enough for my application(because i has to read sensors and order some valves ) , but in S7-200 we can handle Byte Value, Word , Dword...... Even i should define the address of every parameter i will use. sorry it is a long mail , but because it is the first time that i use the PLC. after a research, i can confrim that no simulator for S7-200??? is that correct? i use the FBD to make the program is that will be good?? Many thankss for you patience.
