I've read CMR2040's manual, but I still have some doubts about sending SMS.

Is it possible to program the CMR2040 to send an SMS if a memory flag (let's suppose it's M60) is switched from 0 to 1 in LOGO 8? Or do I actually need to send a physical input signal to the CMR2040?

And by the way, my LOGO 8 was previously assigned to IP 192.168.0.3, which was detected by the CMR2040 as an error (blinking red light). After I switched my LOGO 8's IP to 192.168.40 (for example) on Network Setup, although the CMR2040 module stopped blinking red, when I try accessing the IP 192.168.0.3 through my browser, I can't access the module. Maybe CMR2040's IP is not 192.168.0.3 and that's why I can't access it and configure it? How do I know its IP? I've tried finding it through IPCONFIG, but I can't find it's MAC address connected to my network, even if it's connect to LOGO 8 through Profinet. What's happening?
