Hi, 

I've tried all above, I'm using  Win 10 Pro 20H2 on both.

The shared folder is readable and writable from the client.

The client can open pages from Graphic designer, but Activate runtime from the single page return a gray window.

And start runtime project ask you to select start page, but even if you click on the list, it return "PICTURE NOT FOUND".

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the answer, I've checked windows right it seems to be ok, as the client can read and write the shared folder.

About Gracs.ini I cannot see that file  in the project directory. How can it be recreated?

EDIT:

I've created both user on both PC:

PC1: User1, User2

PC2: User1, User2

added both to SIMATIC HMI

Logged in on both as User1, now the client load the graphic runtime correctly.
