assaad Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Dear All i have 2 questions: 1-how i can create a timer (TON Delay)with delay=6 hours using step 7/micro (the max timer delay of the internal timers of S7-200 is 32767s=54 mn). 2-how i can move from network 5 to network 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 during my programming? (ussing LAD). Many thanks for your understanding

Here I think the Jump-instructrion is the best. You find it "program control" The Jump to Label (JMP) instruction performs a branch to the specified label (n) within the program. When a jump is taken, the top of stack value is always a logical 1.The Label (LBL) instruction marks the location of the jump destination (n).You can use the Jump instruction in the main program, in subroutines, or in interrupt routines. The Jump and its corresponding Label instruction must always be located within the same segment of code (either the main program, a subroutine, or an interrupt routine).You cannot jump from the main program to a label in either a subroutine or an interrupt routine. Likewise, you cannot jump from a subroutine or interrupt routine to a label outside that subroutine or interrupt routine.You can use a Jump instruction within an SCR segment, but the corresponding Label instruction must be located within the same SCR segment. best regards

assaad Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Dear All I need a clarfication regarding the using of the timers: -in total i have only 152 timers (100 ms) in S7-200(CPU 224), so i have to be carful when i use the timers,somebody tell me that we can make timers by using the SM2.2 so how? - i downloaded the timersprogrem" 10 ms timers the TON_P timer" from this site, it seems they dont use any internal timers , and is there possibilty to use this timer for my applicaionts(i have to use the timers many times , so is it correct to call this subroutine every time i need a timer 0?? please advice Attachment More 10msec Timers.zip (264 Downloads)

Vippi Experienced Member Joined: 9/24/2008 Last visit: 1/2/2026 Posts: 106 Rating: (4)	Hi, you can try using a one minutetimer (scale 100 ms set 600 you get a minute) who increases a counter and it auto-resets itself, you can reach something like 546.11 hours pay attention you must reset the counter when condition is off it's quite simple: LD I0.0 AN T37 TON T37, 600 LD T37 LDN I0.0 CTU C0, 32767
