Version 1.3 can't transform ms  to date and time ( only Alarm_logxx.RDB,audit and tag_log OK)

Hello everyone,

I have made a tool that converts a .rdb logfile into a .csv file.

When you are logging in TIA or wincc flexible, you can choose to log you data into a .rdb file.

When you need that data to use it in excel, you must use copy instructions inside your runtime project, this is not always so easy.

This is for demo purposes or educational use only.

When using this software, it is at you own risk. (It's just a hobby project.)

Note that the logging structure can also be modified in future releases by Siemens, so that the dataprocessing isn't correct anymore.
