I have KP 700 Comfort panel, and I am using TIA V13.

The issue I'm facing is that particular operator panel is not available in TIA V13.

Now what I have done to solve this are:

1. Downloaded Comfort panels file of TIA V13 from Siemens support.

2. extracted the zip file to the location where image files are saved. Following is the path for panel Images given.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Automation\Portal V13\Data\Hmi\Transfer\13.0

Now after copied those files, still my TIA V13 is not showing that KP700 Comfort panel in the hardware component list.

And after that TIA V13 Upadates also downloaded and installed, but still that problems remain same. If anyone can guide me in this regards It will be helpfull.
