In Wincc pro v17

I can't change tag prefix and manage layer view in same time, why?

 In a viewA  i have a viewB with tag prefix

1) I have try this code on button clik in viewA but doesn't work:

Only tag prefix working

SetPropertyByConstant "viewA", "viewB", "Visible", "True"

I have try but doesn't work:

In loaded propiety of the viewB:

If I copy the same code on the button insude the viewB it's working?

I don't understand why yhis code not working, can you help me
