my main problem is that the drop-down list of the standard recipe view is too small and there are too few elements displayed.

Is there a way to display more elements, or create a custom list of all data records in a recipe? 

It's really annoying when you have more than 4 elements. My client has more than 50 records and every time is really painful to scroll such a small drop-down list.

Any help would be appreciated

It's possible to create a list of all data records (without drop-down menu) ?

to increase the dropdown list you can increase the textsize

-> recipe view-> text format-> slection List -> use a bigger text size

in a direct way you cannot change the heigth of the List
