Can't start simulation of HMI KTP700 Basic

gianand Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a problem starting simulation of an HMI KTP700 Basic in Tia v15.1 (environement WIN 10). I can success compile HMI (v.15.1.0.0), but simulation not starts. I noted that pdata.fwc is not present in the project folder. I tried to simulate another HMI panel, a TP700 Confort v.15.1.0.0 and it works well. Can someone explain me that? Regards

Also, try to disable any antivirus or firewall installed on the PC and close the rest of the applications. Is it possible to reinstall the software?

gianand Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Thank you for the answer. No it is a project created when i was using a trial license. Now, after 1 month, i have the unlimited licensed software and I encountered this problem. Also after installing all the available updates (included support packages) this happens. The only one that I can't update is WinCC Legacy Panel Images V15.1 Upd.6 that return the error "The product Legacy panel... is an optionl package, which cannot be installed without the main product. Please install the main product first". I don't understand the reason of the error beacuse I installed the main product of course. Regards

Win specs: - version: 21H1 - Build: 19043.1110 Yes, i run TIA as administrator. I tried to disable the antivirus and closing the applications but nothing. Maybe it's time to reinstall. I tried to avoid this as much as possible . I will update you. Thanks

Windows10 Pro 21H1 is not released yet for TIA Portal V15.1 It means that malfunctions may occur during operation.
